We manufacture DFM fuel flow meters and DUT-E fuel level sensors for fuel monitoring and vehicle telematics systems, IIoT applications, industrial measurement and residential metering.

As of 2022, our flow meters and fuel level sensors are sold in 150 countries. The products can be purchased from Technoton company directly,through Technoton distribution network in the European Union, the USA and CIS states or from one of 600+ Technoton partners all over the world. all over the world.

ABOUT FLOMETR

CJSC “Flometr Plant” was established in 2008 as a production unit within Technoton group of companiesone of the world’s leaders in development of telematics hardware and fleet management solutions.

As of 2022, Flometr Plant makes 60,000 units of flow meters and level sensors yearly, with the total production capacity of 100,000 sensors and possibility of quick increase in capacity to 200,000 units per year.
We also provide product product customization services and contract assembly for flow metering industry.

There are three main stages of product manufacturing at Flometr Plant: precise mechanics, assembly, and accuracy verification.
Our workers and engineers are skilled in instrumentation and electronics, and are constantly in touch with engineers and programmers, who develop the flow meters and the level sensors.

DUT-E

Fuel level sensors

High-accuracy fuel level sensors for accurate fuel monitoring in tanks of vehicles and stationary equipment. Allows fleet managers and owners to measure real fuel fill-up volumes, detect fuel theft (siphoning from fuel tank), monitor ambient temperature and indirectly calculate fuel consumption. DUT-E fuel level sensors main specifications (depends on model):

standard length: 700 mm, 1000 mm. Extendable to 6,000 mm

DFM

Fuel flow meters

Precise tools for direct fuel consumption measurement of mobile and stationary engines and fuel supply systems.

Provide reliable measured information on total fuel consumption and overall operating time, detailed split on engine fuel used and run time in idling, normal and overload. Allows preventing fuel theft from fuel lines.

QUALITY CONTROL

One of the most important stages of manufacturing process – quality control of raw materials and finished products. We check quality of materials and components entering manufacturing process, and after the products are finished – we check its functionality and accuracy. Additionally, quality assurance is done by Technoton before the products are shipped to the customers.

Flometer plant regularly undergoes recertification for quality management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 by DakkS-certified agency.
